Free tier: 100 calls/month. Developer: 5,000 calls/month. Professional: 25,000 calls/month. Enterprise: unlimited. Rate limiting is applied per API key at 10 requests/second for all tiers. Burst limits apply during high-demand periods for Free and Developer tiers.

API keys are issued automatically when you register for any tier at /tools. Free tier keys are issued immediately. Paid tier keys are activated after payment confirmation. Enterprise keys are issued after contract execution.
